Positions:
Judge Torres currently has three openings for one-year clerkships commencing in June, August, or October 2021. She has completed hiring for the 2018–19, 2019–20, and 2020–21 terms.
Applications:
Applicants may submit applications at any time, may be interviewed at any time, and clerkship offers may be made at any time. Judge Torres requires at least ten months of prior experience (clerkship or practice).

Volunteer Position:
Judge Torres welcomes applications for a volunteer law clerk position, such as foreign students, to commence in 2019 or subsequent years. If an applicant is interested in being considered for such a position, please follow the application process described above but indicate in the cover letter interest in being considered for a volunteer position.
