Clerkship Opportunity – 10th Circuit COA – Judge Matheson (Salt Lake City, Utah)

Dear Alumni, Class of 2019, and Class of 2020:

The Office of Judicial Clerkships (OJC) has received an inbound opportunity for a December 2019 term position with Judge Matheson of the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals (https://www.ca10.uscourts.gov/hr/judge-scott-m-mattheson-jr).

Applicants must have completed at least two full years of law school coursework to be considered. Applicants may apply electronically through OSCAR, through the mail, or both.

  1. OSCAR – submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, writing sample, and two recommendation letters to OSCAR.
     
  2. Mail – send a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, writing sample, and two recommendation letters (which may be submitted under separate cover), to:

Please note that Judge Matheson is adhering to the Federal Plan, and specifically states in his posting that “Students who entered law school in 2017 must mail their applications so they are received no sooner than June 17, 2019.”
