Judge Rivera will begin accepting applications on June 1, 2019. Information can be found here: https://www.nycourts.gov/ctapps/jriveraclrkshp.htm As this is a state court, rather than federal position, 2Ls may submit their applications as of June 1st. Judge Rivera will consider applications through December 2019.
